Rob began focusing on integration solutions with Microsoft technologies in 2006, while building an order management system for the deregulating UK telco industry. That was his first exposure to BizTalk, and after the project succeeded many more followed. He writes up most of what he learns on the blog.

Deborah has been an integral part of BizTalkers since its inception in 2010. With a BA Honours degree and a Certificate in Recruitment Practice, she brings a blend of analytical and people-focused skills to the team. She specialises in ensuring software quality through meticulous manual testing combined with automated solutions, so that every project meets a high standard before it reaches a client.

Tom joined in 2024 as an apprentice, already with significant experience building software and delivering it into production. He has embraced the generative AI revolution since it arrived in 2022, and BizTalkers benefits from his drive to put that technology to practical use.
